Linda Widener is a Hearing Instrument Specialst. Linda is originally from Canada and moved to Rosburg, OR in 1995. Linda has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Accounting and started working at Best for Hearing name in 2017. Linda enjoys working in the hearing industry and was drawn to their profession because of her mother-in-law’s hearing impairment.
What Linda loves most about helping save hearing lives is the people, both her patients and her coworkers. Linda loves making every patient feel that they are the most important person in her office. Outside of saving hearing lives, Linda enjoys hobbies such as playing bass guitar and gardening.

Hearing Instrument Specialist Trainee
Heather Radford is a dedicated Hearing Instrument Specialist Trainee who seamlessly blends compassion with organization in her role, making a positive impact on the lives of her patients every day. With 20 years of marriage under her belt and three wonderful kids who keep her on her toes, Heather embodies the spirit of nurturing, both at home and in her profession. A lover of all things green, she finds joy in tending to her houseplants and gardening while also embracing the great outdoors through camping and swimming. When she’s not busy cultivating her family or her plants, you can find her soaking up the sun at the beach or inhaling the fresh scents of cut grass and the first rain after a dry spell. Friendly and approachable, Heather’s passion for life shines through in everything she does, making her a cherished presence in her community and beyond.
Emma Casebeer
Patient Care Coordinator
Emma Casebeer is a Patient Care Coordinator. She joined the team in early 2026. With a background in customer service and administrative support, she brings a strong focus to organization and patient care. Emma was drawn to the hearing industry because of the opportunity to help improve quality of life in a meaningful, everyday way.
What Emma loves most about saving hearing lives is helping patients feel supported and confident throughout their care. She focuses on clear communication, attention to detail, and making each patient interaction as easy and comfortable as possible.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, particularly hunting and fishing, and staying active.
